Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and policies.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Support the performance management process by assisting in the development of performance improvement plans and conducting performance evaluations.
Administration:
Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and executives.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
Provide administrative support to executives and managers as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least more than three years] of relevant experience.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
