Position: HR Generalist
Working Days: 6 Days working
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Mode of interview will be Telephonic & F2F
Working Time: 9 to 6PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
Recruitment:
Coordination of interviews from Various Sources such Placements/Institutes/Advertisement/References.
Completing Joining formalities of New joinee, preparation Recruitment Report.
Training need identification, Conducting training & training coordination.
Maintaining all training records/feedback.
Attendance
Preparing Monthly attendance reports.
Entries of Leave Form, Overtime Forms & Shift Change Forms in Spine HRMS system.
Maintaining the Salary Register, Leave Register, & Bonus Register.
Contract Worker and Security Guards Attendance checking.
Monthly Shift schedule entries.
Administration work
Housekeeping and maintaining the canteen requirement
Hospitality of Guest/visitors/Head Office, whenever required.
Arranging annual medical check-up.
Responsible for employee insurance i.e endorsement of new employee/ new family member/intimation for hospitalization/ submission of claim documents to HO.
Checking of Contractor & Security Agencies Bills and forward for payment to Head office.
Compliance
Maintain All the required document related to Compliance HR department.
Implement all applicable labour law for factory.
