Job Description


We are looking for an Admin executive (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)to manage a number of people and their responsibilities. They will have a crucial role in the longevity, success, and efficiency of an organization or business. The roles and responsibilities of an Operation Executive have been listed below:

  • Answering phones calls and taking messages
  • Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
  • Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
  • Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
  • Negotiating with vendors
  • Managing videoconferencing, fax communications
  • Reviewing incoming documents
  • Conducting research
  • Training and/or supervising clerical workers
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 12,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Morning shift
Work Location: In person
