Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Maintain employee records (both physical and electronic) and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., turnover rates, headcount reports).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
