Job description
1. Area 1 :- Strategic Planning:- Align & Centralize "People & Wellness" Strategy with the overall vision of the organization
2. Area 2 :- Talent Acquisition :- Pre-recruitment / Recruitment & Post Recruitment :- Evolve and implement effective process for the entire recruitment process backed by strong emphasis on documentation, being system driven, tracking and communication - Critical actions/documents such as Background verification, Reference, Checks etc. Using PSYCHOMETRIC Assessment tools prior to recruitment is extremely important and critical.
3. Area 3 :- Talent Management :- Ensure complete HR Operations including policies, procedures, leave, late, OD, salary, statutory filings, structure Pay Scales & Grades etc. Conflict & Grievance Resolution
4. Area 4 :- Performance Based Appraisal :- Implementing clear Roles & Responsibilities for every role in the organization. Ensuring KRA & KPI for every role. Tracking the same continually and ensuring 1-1 with every employee half way through the appraisal. Complete Performance based appraisal system across the organization
5. Area 5 :- HRMS & HRIS implementation
VI. Qualifications and Requirements:
Education :-
1. Master's degree in Human Resources - Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Industry
1. Strong Industry / Professional experience in senior HR management & HR leadership roles
2. Adherence to high ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the values and mission of the educational institutions
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and use it to inform strategic decisions.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
