Strategic HR Management: - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization\'s objectives. - Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on HR matters. - Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to enhance organizational effectiveness. 2. Employee Relations: - Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale. 3. HRIS and Administration Management: - Oversee the maintenance of HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relationships. - Develop and manage departmental budgets and expenditures. 4. Government and Compliance Relations: - Serve as the primary point of contact for government officers and regulatory bodies such as PF, ESIC, and other compliance-related matters. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and documentation. - Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance. 5. Leadership and Team Management: - Lead, coach, and mentor the HR and administrative team. - Set clear objectives and performance expectations. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per month Schedule:
