In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our talent pipeline and fostering a collaborative work environment. If youxe2x80x99re passionate about people, organized, and eager to make an impact in the dynamic world of space technology, wexe2x80x99d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers, maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and support in sourcing and screening candidates from various platforms.Onboarding and Administration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, prepare the necessary documentation, and coordinate orientation programs.Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities and events, including fun All Hands parties!Facilitating Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments and teams, facilitating project management with smooth communication and collaboration across the organization. Foster a culture of transparency, openness, and teamwork.Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masterxe2x80x99s degree (preferably in non-engineering field)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HRMS tools is a plus.
