**Job Title: HR cum Admin Executive (Male)**

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- **Employee Management:** Oversee various aspects of employee management, including recruitment, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing.
- **Onboarding and Documentation:** Conduct induction and joining processes, maintain personal employee files, and support employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations and catalyst events.
- **Statutory Compliance:** Manage PF/ESI requirements and assist employees in bank account opening as necessary.
- **Project Support:** Collaborate with Project Head to implement HR-related aspects of projects.
- **Travel and Lodging:** Coordinate and manage travel and lodging arrangements for staff, visitors, and projects, including vendor coordination and contracts.
- **Office Administration:** Maintain and oversee office infrastructure, annual maintenance contracts, and provide support in day-to-day clerical work.
- **Housekeeping and Security:** Manage the housekeeping team, maintain stock of employee ID cards, retrieve data from access control systems, and oversee CCTV surveillance.
- **Procurement:** Responsible for procuring stationery, office supplies, office furniture, fixtures, and other necessary supplies.
- **Communication Management:** Handle dispatch and inward communication, postal and courier services, and maintain related registers.
- **Admin Policies:** Assist in developing and implementing relevant administrative policies.
- **Expense Management:** Check and verify bills and supporting vouchers for expenses incurred during training sessions.
- **Travel Reimbursement:** Verify travel reimbursement claims, cross-referencing them with attendance records, and certify them for approval.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Graduate/Post-graduate in a relevant field with a minimum of 1-3 years of suitable experience.
- Strong administration skills.
- Familiarity with business software, including Microsoft Office.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Shift Timing:**
- 1 pm to 10 pm with occasional midnight shifts.
**Pay Package:**
- Compensation ranging from 18,000 to 22,000, based on skills and interview performance.
