Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and prospects to understand business and technical requirements
• Analyze RFP and produce technical answer to complex High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions catering to customer applications, needs and environment
• Work with sales, pre-sales to develop engagement and solution plans that may include customer/client workshops, custom PoCs and proposals
• Provide exemplary expertise through technical leadership, consistent communication, and on-going technical consultation
• Provide support to Product management, Sales, and Development team
• Prepare and deliver presentations with service offerings, case studies and proof points.
• Document performance risks, results, analysis and recommendation; Communicate relevant information and insights to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and assistance in resolution of production incidents related to performance; Prevent incidents through proactive data analysis and monitoring

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years Designing, Implementing HPC solutions on Cloud.
• 5+ years Expert ability in information and requirements gathering, requirements and documentation.
• 5+ years Ability to take a general requirement\xe2\x80\x99s and pursue independently with business partners, technology partners to gather enough detail to form a project scope document.
• 5+ years Translation of complex business needs to define technology and service requirements to simplify and ease the customer journey.
• (5+ years) Ability to evaluate technical documentation and determine scope and requirements for story gathering, including any peripheral or connected system/software dependencies.
• Ability to identify high level solutions and options for the business and present to stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and implementing the scaling of codes to 500+ cores and preferably 1,000+ cores or higher.
• Experienced in the use of HPC performance evaluation tools; software lifecycle tools; and scripting languages such as Python and bash.
• Experience in the design and implementation of HPC ecosystems (compute, storage and networks).
• In depth knowledge of current and future HPC trends, particularly issues around power consumption and reaching scale.
• Experience of HPC in the cloud.
• Maintains knowledge of competitors in the domain to strategically position the company\'s products and services better.
• Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
• Provide support to delivery team and provide input regarding business development and solution expertise.
• Development of existing features/solutions and future direction for defined product category.
• Experience working with customers.
• Knowledge of HPC networking and accelerators like GPUs is desirable
• Knowledge of HPC schedulers (ex. LSF or SLURM) and HPC filesystems (ex. Spectrum Scale) is desirable
• Worked with Agile methodologies and all stages of project and software lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent ability to partner with Offering Managers, Architects, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Assists Project Manager in identifying and managing risks, issues, and helps team in resolving questions related to the requirements.
