We are in search of a skilled and motivated High-Performance Computing (HPC) Cloud Engineer specializing in scientific and engineering applications for our dedicated team at Covertex. Responsibilities: - Design and implement HPC solutions on cloud platforms, optimizing for scientific and engineering workloads. - Manage HPC deployments on cloud environments, ensuring high availability and scalability. - Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for scientific and engineering applications. - Experienced with MPI and/or CUDA enabled applications or programming. - Collaborate with other DevOps engineers and developers to ensure seamless integration of HPC solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot HPC workloads on the cloud. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in HPC, cloud technologies, and scientific/engineering applications. - Document and share best practices related to HPC and cloud integration. Job Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in HPC, with a focus on scientific and engineering applications, in an enterprise environment. - Strong understanding of HPC principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their HPC services. AWS knowledge is an added advantage. - Proven experience with DevOps pipelines and adapting scientific/engineering applications to the cloud. - Excellent scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.). - Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
