Position Title: Regional Sales Leader - HOSPITALITY - South - (12-15 years) Company: Howell Protection systems India Pvt. Ltd. Job Category: Low voltage Systems/ Engineering and ConstructionLocation: South India (Based in Bangalore) : Howell is looking for Senior level, motivated, sales-oriented person who has extensive business development and project sales experience in security, fire, safety, networking solutions and building automation business in Hospitality Sector in particular and commercial, health care, Retail & other corporate clients in general. Ideal candidate should have experience in managing the sales of the South region. He will be assisted by Area Sales Manager of particular state and engineering team for technical proposals. Key responsibilities :1. Strongly manage the region in terms of business revenue numbers assigned to him. 2. Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate full scope of Howell solutions and services to meet customer business goals and achieve company sales objectives, including sales volume and market share. 3. Lead the team to achieve individual & organization sales targets.4. Strong Focus on Monthly sales targets and derive the strategy to achieve the same. 5. Target and contact key decision makers and develop positive relationships to secure the sale of Howell offerings. 6. Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity; provide progress and execution updates.7. Maintain thorough knowledge of security, Fire, automation (IBMS) & Networking industry trends to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer's primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements. 8. Interact with End Users, architects, consultants to understand their requirements & design Fire, Safety, Security, Automation solutions as per requirements. 9. Map all the major Hospitality clients in the South region and prepare plan with team to develop business with those accounts. Desired profile of the candidate : 1. You should be: Graduate (BSc/Dip. /BE/BTech/ in Electronics/ E & C/ Computers field preferably MBA in marketing. 2. Candidates who have regional level sales monitoring and closing experience are required. 3. Candidates with security system industry background of at least 12-15 years will be required. 3. Those candidates who have relationship with major hotel operators will have Strong advantage. 4. Should have excellent communication skills & should have good command over the English/Hindi 5. Should have working experience of 12-15 years in security systems business, 10+ years in a sale with Hospitality sector.6. Should be strong in Techno-commercial 7. Candidate should have working experience in South India Market of 7-10 years at least. 8. Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position Howell as provider of choice.9. Proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management. 10. Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation. 11. Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques. 12. Proven ability to identify customer needs and articulate energy solutions.13. Travel required in South India.14.
