Job Description

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Assist housekeeping staff with tasks such as delivering linens, collecting trash, and restocking supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down events or meetings as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
