What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and orderliness.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Inspect areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and adherence to company protocols.
• Address customer feedback promptly to ensure superior service delivery.
• Train and mentor team members to elevate service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory, prepare reports, and ensure the proper use of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in housekeeping, preferably in facility management or the hospitality industry.
• Education: Graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Other: Valid four-wheeler driving license with driving proficiency.
• Preferred: Experience in facility management is a plus!
