Neomis Salon & Spa is looking for versatile and experienced Housekeeping Supervisors cum Multipurpose Staff members to join our team and oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep across our branches in Goa. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle both housekeeping supervision and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a housekeeping team while also supporting other day-to-day needs as required.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Supervision :

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all branches.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all spaces, including treatment rooms, reception areas, washrooms, and storage rooms.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service to maintain consistency in service quality.

Multipurpose Support :

• Assist in additional tasks as needed, such as inventory management, or helping with maintenance tasks.
• Provide support by managing minor issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, and other essentials; track usage and reorder items to ensure adequate stock at all locations.
• Maintain records of supplies and expenses, preparing regular reports for management review.

Health & Safety Compliance :

• Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are met and maintained across all locations.
• Conduct routine safety checks and address any hazards, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
• Maintenance Coordination :
• Monitor and report maintenance needs to ensure that equipment, fixtures, and facilities are in top condition.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address repair needs promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain team morale.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and supply management.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the flexibility to assist in various roles as needed.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to commute between branches as required.
• Comfortable working in both supervisory and hands-on capacities to support smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
