Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Overview: We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept clean, well-maintained, and meet hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff activities, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and hotel protocols.
• Manage and maintain housekeeping inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices.
