Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervise, Inspect and assign housekeeping staff to clean, disinfect and maintain high standards within Hospital.
• Implement routine monitoring standards for cleaning procedures, checklist verification, as per Hospital guidelines.
• Monitor all surfaces in hospitals for cleanliness and sanitation protocols which includes floors, walls, countertops, doorknobs, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to cleanliness, healthy and safety practices are followed.
• Ensure hospital's infection control policies are followed
• To supervise biomedical waste disposals as per Hospital standards.
• Must ensure cleaning process after discharges are completed on time to accommodate new admissions
• Must escalate issues related to cleaning and any safety hazards to the HOD
• Ensure all staff wear personal protective equipment at work
• Must train, motivate all Housekeeping staff and execute administrative work for staff.
Job Specifications
• Must have Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
• Experience in a Multi speciality Hospital will be a value add
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?16,000.00 per month
