Candidates with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Housekeeping department , they should possess good supervisory and communication skills.
-Establish cleanliness standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff.
-Assign HK staff their duties.
-Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take
corrective action.
-Select and purchase HK materials on a monthly basis.
-Examine property to determine the need for repairs or replacement of fittings &
equipment, and make recommendations to management.
-Record data regarding work assignments, attendance and schedule adherence, and
prepare periodic reports.
