FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures by which the highest possible degree of
cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic value is achieved.
? Knowledge of Public area, Chemical, Carpet cleaning, Shampooing etc.
? Monitoring of HK staff punctuality through attendance registers, appearance, and standard of performance.
? Ensure adherence to the policies & procedures, goals and mission of the Multiplex.
? To ensure that the team provides courteous service to customers and responds promptly to customer
enquiries, complaints and requests and exhibits hospitality spirit at all times when dealing with customers
and colleagues.
? Recommends changes as necessary to increase efficiency levels minimizing time required for cleaning
auditorium at the end of each show.
? To ensure that all housekeeping staff is aware of all fire and safety regulations.
? To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all guest areas at all times.
? To take shift duties during scheduled activity of Carpet & Chair shampooing and Pest Control.
? To be present personally supervise auditorium cleaning at the end of each show in his shift.
? To ensure complete manning of housekeeping personnel at the Unit
? To assist HK HOD in planning and implementing of the duty roster.? To assist HK HOD to Co-ordinate with all the other service partners /Vendors for timely supplies of
Manpower, chemical, machines & HK consumables.
? Creating SAP notifications for maintenance issues on high proprieties.
? To assist HK HOD to adhere to all the formats and procedures as per SAP. Check schedule maintenance plans,
processing orders and confirming orders as per prescribed flow chart.
? To assist HK HOD in implementation of HK Budgets.
? To assist HK HOD to review staff performance in the areas of discipline, termination, promotion and develop
departmental training programs and ensure implementation of training calendar.
? Making sure that all Housekeeping Agreements / Rate Contracts are studied thoroughly so as to understand
the commercials and terms of contract.
? Needs to compile the customer feedback received through online portals and guide and take corrective
measures in their unit.
? Ensure that at the Unit level issue of the training calendar for coming month to be made available so that
staff can be trained for the shortcomings and ensure negative feedback is not repeated.
