Develop, implement, and monitor housekeeping schedules for the office and aviation line areas.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Train, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, delegating tasks and providing performance feedback.
Conduct regular inspections of all areas, identifying and addressing any cleanliness issues promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets.
Liaise with other departments to ensure a clean and professional work environment.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the designated personnel.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably within the aviation industry.
Proven track record of leading and motivating a housekeeping team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Experience with budgeting and inventory management.
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures within the aviation industry (a plus).
Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
