Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: HINJEWADI PHASE 1 PUNE, MAHARASHTRA.
Reports To: Admin Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards and provide a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision:
• Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure that staff adhere to established cleanliness standards and protocols.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Address any deficiencies and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Order supplies as needed and ensure proper storage and usage to minimize waste.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests and other departments.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and monitor safety training programs for housekeeping staff.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and maintain housekeeping reports and records, including room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance.
• Assist in budget preparation and control costs within the housekeeping department.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities and support overall hotel operations.
• Foster a cooperative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform and supervise cleaning tasks.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
