Makson Healthcare Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff.

2. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including offices, common areas, and production spaces.

3. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.

4. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.

5. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

7. Address and resolve guest/staff concerns.

8. Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Familiarity with OSHA and safety protocols.

6. Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management.

2. Experience in food manufacturing or similar industry.

3. Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation protocols.
