Job Description

The EHK Supervisor is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and coordinating housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance. Assist in training and mentoring housekeeping team members. Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and linens. Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain housekeeping records and reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Enforce hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications & Skills:



Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reporting.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
