Job Description

•Flora Misty Falls- A brand new Luxury Boutique Hotel property in Athirappilly is seeking a detail-oriented, committed, and driven housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor who can handle and keep up with the hygiene standards of our Property. You are responsible for all housekeeping-related activities, and you would have a team of housekeeping staff.•

•Duties & Responsibilities :•

• •Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.•
• •Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all office spaces and common areas daily.•
• •Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.•
• •Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.•
• •Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.•
• •Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office.•
• •Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed.•

•Qualification & Experience :•

• •Diploma / Degree in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent•
• •Minimum 2 Years of experience in hospitality or guest services as similar role.•
• •Strong Leadership skills in managing teams.•
• •Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.•
• •Good communication skill in English.•

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
