Responsibilities
• Managing & Supervising housekeeping staff, including Training, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Ensure all areas cleaned & maintained according to pre- set standards
• Develop & Implement cleaning schedule & Procedures
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure quality control
Requirements
• Experience- 2 years experience in relevant field or supervising role
• Age - Above 25
• Excellent leadership & Communication skill
• Qualification- Any degree/ Hotel management/ Diploma in Hospital housekeeping
• Strong knowledge of floor care technique & industrial cleaning practices
• Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness & sanitation standard
• Provide accomadation facility for male candidates
• perfered locaton- Thiruvananthapuram
