We are looking for a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a background in hospital or hospitality settings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all areas of the hospital are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hospital policies and health regulations.
• Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Background in hospital or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
