Housekeeping Supervisor for Delight Hospitality

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Delight Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments across 84 rooms in three hotels . Your role will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the high cleanliness and service standards expected at our 3-star properties. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the housekeeping operations across all three hotels, ensuring 84 rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to 3-star hotel standards.
• Supervise, train, and monitor the housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage daily room cleaning schedules, prioritizing timely readiness for guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and uniforms across all properties, ensuring accurate records and efficient use.
• Handle Lost and Found items, ensuring proper documentation and prompt guest service.
• Supervise laundry operations, including linen management and guest laundry services, across all three hotels.
• Prepare and manage monthly departmental reports, including expense tracking and cost control measures.
• Step in to support staff during peak periods, holidays, or absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination among the housekeeping teams across all three properties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in multi-property or high-volume hotel operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, inventory management, and communication.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills to manage operations across multiple properties.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused approach.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., WinHMS) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
