Core Responsibilities:
In depth Knowledge of handing manual and mechanical equipments and cleaning agents of Taski / equivalent products.
Manage and allocate resources to optimize high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep .
Preventive maintenance and spring cleaning of rooms, Follow up for AMC of equipments
Contribute in creating department strategy and ensure goals are achieved.
Plans the cleaning schedule for rooms and public areas.
Maintains healthy relations with patients and ensure satisfaction.
Knowledge of training and sustainability, Skill Matrix
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and coworkers
Eye and attention to details
Planning and prioritizing
Coaching and mentoring, team building, interpersonal; effectiveness, result orientation, Patients Centricity, Proactivity, Decision Making, Mutual Respect
Act as liaison to coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, Pest Control, Horticulture etc.

Ensure adherence to quality expectation and standards.
Skill-Set Required
Work experience as HK Supervisor / Executive or similar role
Hand-on experience with cleaning and maintenance in large organization
Ability to train and motivate Room Attendants / Coworkers
Excellent organization and team management skills
One on one team training, exemplary customer service, strong communication skills
Education and Experience
Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent reputed institute.
Minimum 4+ years experience in 5 star Hotel/Resort as a HK Supervisor or HK Executive.
