The signature Indian restaurant serves cuisine fit for royalty, while the rooftop bar offers up stunning views of the city along with exotic cocktails.With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city\xe2\x80\x99s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing exceptional service to our guests.Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standards
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services
- Ensure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- At least five years\' experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- Effective supervisory skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English communication
- Eye for detail
