Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping are addressed promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action when necessary.
Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure that all facilities, fixtures, and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
Housekeeping Procedures: Develop and implement cleaning procedures, checklists, and schedules to ensure efficient room turnovers and cleaning processes.
Train and enforce proper housekeeping techniques and best practices.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals, disposal of waste, and fire safety measures.
Implement and monitor safety and security protocols for staff and guests.
Environmental Sustainability: Promote eco-friendly housekeeping practices, such as energy conservation and recycling programs.
Reports and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance activities, room status, and guest requests.
Prepare regular reports for the general manager or higher management.
