Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience: 2-7 years
Salary: 15-18K
Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.

- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and direct housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housemen, and laundry staff.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.

- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and coaching to existing staff.

- Manage linen inventory, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, guest feedback, and maintenance issues.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision or management.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
