Job description:

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient completion of daily tasks. Assign cleaning duties to team members and monitor performance. Provide training on cleaning standards, safety protocols, and proper chemical usage. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed. Oversee cleaning of production areas, storage rooms, restrooms, and employee break rooms to ensure compliance with food safety regulations Ensure equipment, machinery, and floors are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Maintain cleanliness in high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and common spaces. Ensure cleaning practices meet food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and materials. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ordering as needed. Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition and well-maintained. Maintain records of cleaning schedules and inventory usage. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are being met. Identify and address deficiencies, implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure cleaning does not interfere with production processes.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
