Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
• Cleanliness : Ensuring that all areas of a facility are clean and well-maintained
• Staff management : Assigning tasks, training staff, and motivating them to meet cleanliness standards
• Inventory : Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering more when needed
• Safety and compliance : Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including the use of proper chemicals and equipment
• Customer service : Responding to customer complaints and special requests
• Work environment : Fostering a positive work environment by recognizing staff efforts and providing opportunities for growth
