Roles & Responsibilities:- Housekeeping supervisor ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly, all areas of the restaurant including kitchen area are clean and tidy and that guests are satisfied. 1. Train housekeepers on cleaning and other routine tasks 2. Oversee staff on a daily basis 3. Check restaurant, kitchen, common areas including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness 4. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence 5. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards 6. Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job 7. Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, toilet cleaners and other chemicals required for housekeeping duties. 8. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas 9. Ensure that the external laundry services are up to the standard and complying with the restaurant policy. 10. Receives fresh laundry and also make note of the proper count of the laundry given and received. Prerequisites: 1. Good communication skills. 2.
