Housekeeping Room Attendant
Job Description
• Cleaning : Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and washing floors, furniture, and other surfaces
• Making beds : Changing sheets and pillowcases, and making beds
• Stocking supplies : Replacing used towels and toiletries, and restocking the mini-bar
• Guest services : Responding to guest requests, providing information about facilities, and handling complaints
• Security : Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Reporting : Informing other hotel staff of any issues, such as damaged furnishings or appliances
• Cleaning public areas : Cleaning bathrooms, corridors, and other public spaces
• Laundry : Collecting and sorting laundry and dry cleaning for guests
• Rotation cleaning : Performing rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets
• Emptying trash containers
• Washing windows, walls, and ceilings
• Reporting and storing lost and found items
• Wearing the correct uniform every day
• Obeying hotel rules
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
