Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintaining Guest Rooms:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Dusting and polishing furniture and surfaces.
Changing bed linens and making beds.
Replacing used towels with clean ones.
Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
Restocking and Replenishing:
Restocking toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, and lotion.
Refilling beverages and snacks in the mini-bar (if applicable).
Ensuring all rooms are stocked with necessary amenities.
Reporting and Communication:
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Answering guest inquiries and providing customer service.
Ensuring rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
Other Duties:
Cleaning public areas, such as hallways and elevators.
Maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
Assisting with linen handling and storage.
Following hotel policies and procedures.
