The successful candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, fostering a comfortable atmosphere for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.Develop and manage housekeeping budgets, forecasting staffing and supply needs.Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction.Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.Good communication skills in English.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and suitability for the role.
