- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing and directing all Housekeeping activities in Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction & also maintaining high level of service and cleaning & maintenance standards in all areas of responsibilities.
- To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action.
- Establish standards and procedures for the work of Housekeeping team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate service.
- To direct and control the Housekeeping operations and staff of the Housekeeping department.
- Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre should be brought to the attention of the Management.
