We are seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team. As a Housekeeping Executive, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facilities are kept clean and hygienic at all times. You will oversee the daily cleaning operations, implement procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Plan and coordinate all housekeeping activities, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure they are stocked.
• Respond to guest complaints and special requests promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
