Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. This role ensures that high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained throughout the property, supervising housekeeping staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that all areas meet the organization's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
