Job Description

Cleaning and Maintaining Guest Rooms:

Cleaning and tidying assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors. Changing bed linens, towels, and toiletries. Removing trash and debris from rooms. Dusting and polishing furniture and other items in the room. Ensuring rooms are clean and well-stocked before receiving guests.

Maintaining Public Areas:

Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors regularly. Dusting and polishing furniture and other items in public areas.

Customer Service:

Greeting guests and responding to their concerns or questions. Providing excellent customer service. Assisting guests when necessary.

Other Duties:

Reporting necessary maintenance items. Following departmental policies and procedures. Adhering to safety and sanitation policies. Stocking guest room amenities. Ensuring security of guest rooms and privacy of guests. Performing rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam cleaning carpets) as required.

Skills and Qualities:

Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills. Good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
