Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of guest rooms and hotel areas. They provide a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests while adhering to hotel standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Room Maintenance:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room supplies.
• Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and ensure rooms are neat and tidy.
• Inventory & Supplies:
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and stationery.
• Report low inventory levels or missing items to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
• Guest Interaction:
• Respond courteously to guest requests or inquiries.
• Handle guest property with care and respect.
• Maintain discretion and respect for guest privacy.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Follow hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• General Duties:
• Support the housekeeping team in cleaning public areas like lobbies, corridors, and lounges.
• Assist with laundry services if required.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to uphold service standards.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and long shifts.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
