We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeping Associate to join the team at a luxurious private mansion in Kozhikode, Kerala. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall ambiance of the property, ensuring it meets the high standards of the mansion's exclusive atmosphere.

•Key Responsibilities•:

- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming all rooms, hallways, and common areas.

- Ensure all living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.

- Handle and organize laundry, including washing, ironing, and folding linens, bedding, and clothes as required.

- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and toiletries.

- Ensure all rooms and common areas are well-organized, aesthetically arranged, and ready for guest use.

- Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by the property manager, ensuring personalized care of valuable assets, including furniture, artworks, and other luxury items.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning and maintenance tasks.

- Report any maintenance issues, damaged property, or inventory needs to the supervisor.

- Assist with special requests, including preparing rooms for events, seasonal decor changes, or other bespoke requirements.

- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to, using cleaning products safely and efficiently.

- Collaborate with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction and that the estate's operations run smoothly.

•Requirements•:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury or private estate environment preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.

- Ability to handle delicate furniture, antiques, and luxury items with care.

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting or moving items.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Punctual, reliable, and professional.

- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to meet guest expectations.

- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.

•Important Language Requirement•:

- •Proficiency in Malayalam• is •essential•. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam to effectively communicate within the team and with local guests. This is a key requirement for this position.

•Qualifications•:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in luxury home, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.

•Work Conditions•:

- Full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

- Meals and accommodation will be provided on-site.

- Salary up to ?30,000, based on experience and qualifications.
