Housekeeping Associate
Job Description
• Cleaning : Perform general cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
• Customer service : Respond to guest requests, and assist guests when needed
• Safety and sanitation : Follow safety and sanitation policies, and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Inventory : Maintain an inventory of supplies, and order more when needed
• Training : Train new staff members, and ensure they understand and follow procedures
• Equipment maintenance : Ensure laundry equipment is functioning properly, and coordinate with maintenance
• Stock replenishment : Replenish supplies like cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies
• Lost and found : Turn in any lost or found items to the proper authorities
• Turndown service : Provide turndown service and second service in the evening
• Additional duties : Assist other departments when needed, and perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?28,105.65 per month
Schedule:
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
Experience:
• Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
