About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented Housekeeping Associates to join our vibrant team! You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service across property.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, following established cleaning procedures and checklists.
• Replenish amenities in guest rooms, such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
• Remove trash and ensure all wastebaskets are emptied.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items in guest rooms to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and orderly appearance in public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies (may vary depending on the hotel).
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture.
• Attend to special guest requests related to housekeeping needs.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
• May assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
