Housekeeping Assistant
Job Description
• Assist with the cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens and towels, make beds, and replace amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, clean windows, and sanitize surfaces.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Support the housekeeping team in any additional tasks as required.
