Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as drinking glasses, toiletries, and writing supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
