A housekeeping general service agent (GSA) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas of a hotel. Their duties include:
• Cleaning : Vacuuming, dusting, and polishing guest rooms
• Making beds : Making beds and changing sheets
• Replenishing supplies : Replenishing linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms
• Maintaining inventory : Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting when supplies are running low
• Inspecting rooms : Performing thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards
• Reporting issues : Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
Job Type: Full-time
