Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing:Clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly.
Ensure that dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly washed and sanitized.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, stovetops, and food preparation areas.

Restroom Maintenance:Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring they are well-stocked with essential supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Monitor and clean restroom fixtures and floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness.

Floor Care:Sweep and mop dining areas, kitchen, and other public spaces.
Vacuum and clean carpets as needed.
Clean up spills and stains promptly to prevent accidents.

Trash Disposal:Empty trash bins in dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
Ensure proper disposal of waste, recycling, and compost materials as per the restaurant's guidelines.

Window and Glass Cleaning:Clean windows and glass surfaces to maintain a clear and appealing view for customers.

Upholstery and Furniture Care:Vacuum and clean upholstered furniture.
Dust and polish wooden furniture.

Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations:Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure food safety standards are met.

Stocking and Inventory:Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other necessary items.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Team Collaboration:Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate cleaning schedules to avoid disruptions during restaurant operations.

Customer Service:Be courteous and responsive to customer requests, including promptly addressing spills or cleaning issues.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Housekeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
