Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.

2. Restock and replenish guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and linens.

3. Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.

4. Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing floors, cleaning windows, and dusting furniture.

5. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team.

6. Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.

7. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues.

8. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.

3. Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 25 kg).

4. Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.

5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Good communication and customer service skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.

2. Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures.

3. Certification in housekeeping or a related field.
