Position: Houskeeping

Location: Andheri West

Preferred Gender: Male

Salary : 15,050 (In-hand)

Working days: Monday to Saturday

The Housekeepers/Porters are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all Common Areas, entrances, restrooms, offices. The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, is detail-oriented, flexible, respectful and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)•:•

• Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the facility.
• Sweeping, mopping floors/spills, dust mopping, cleaning tables, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning/stocking restrooms.
• Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
• Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
• Assist in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift.
• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate politely and effectively in English with customers, guests, and Management.
• Must follow Management assignments, policies and procedures.
• Remain free from illegal drug use.
• Must consent to a background check.
